Extended Warranty
Extended Protection Plan:
With Military Autos Italy you can upgrade your 12 month Protection Plan to an Extended Protection Plan on select vehicles. The vehicles must be less than 5 years old and have less than 60,000 miles to be eligible. This plan is vaild both at Aviano and Vicenza locations here in Italy.
Protection Plan Coverage:
Engine: Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head Assemblies, Timing Chain, Gears, Belts, Sprockets, Vibration, Dampener, Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, Water Pump and Housing, Core Plugs, Valve Covers, Oil Pan,
Fuel Injectors, Turbo Charger, Supercharger, Serpentine Belt Tensioner.
Transmission: Transmission Case, Torque Convertor, Transmission Range Sensor, Transmission Control Module, Drive Plate, Flex Plate, Flywheel, Starter Ring Gear, Bell Housing, Oil Pan.
Transmission shafts: Axle Drive Shafts, Drive Joints, Speed Sensors.
*Manual transmission clutch is not covered at any time.
Axle/transfer case: Gear Housing Front and Rear
Brakes: Master Cylinder, Assist Booster, Wheel Cylinders, Disc Brake Calipers, Brake Lines, Hoses, Fittings, Seals, Gaskets, ABS System, Hydraulic Assembly Controller, Sensors, Switches and Relays.
*Brake Pads, Shoes, Rotors and Drums are not covered at any time after the car has passed inspection.
Steering: Steering Gear Housing and Internal Parts, Power Steering Gear and Pump, Rack and Pinion, Steering Shaft.
Electrical: Starter Motor, Alternator, Powertrain Control Module, Distributor, Ignition Coil, Coil Pack Assembly, Voltage Regulator, Wiring Harnesses, Electronic Fuel Injection System, Windshield Motor, Wiper Control Module, Neutral Safety Switch, Control Module, Rear Window Defroster, Power Window Motors, Power Window Regulator, Power Seat Motors, Power Door Locks, Power Entry, Module, Factory Installed Radios, Trip Computer, Power Sunroof, Electric Mirror Motor, Cruise Control, Headlight Door Motor, Clocks.
Cooling & Fuel system: Cooling Fan, Motor Radiator, Coolant Temperature Switch, Water Pump and Housing, Electric and Mechanical Fuel Pump, Tank Sender Unit, Fuel Tank and Lines.
Safety features: Seat Belt Pre-Tensioners, Cable Harnesses, Airbag Control Unit, Air Bag Sensor Mat, Air Bag Clock Spring, All Air Bags.
*Any safety feature deployed or impacted by a collision are no longer covered under this protection plan.
The items listed above are the only items that are covered by this protection plan, any item not listed above will not be covered.
Rental Coverage: If a repair takes longer than 48hrs you will be provided with a rental car. The 48hrs will start when the car has been dropped off at the warranty location approved by Military Autos Italy.
Maintaining Your Protection Plan:
In order to keep your Extended protection plan valid you will need to ensure the vehicle is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommend service intervals. This work may only be carried out by a manufacturer approved mechanic or a mechanic approved by Military Autos Italy.
Claims will be void when:
Failure to conduct the manufacturers recommended service intervals will void your protection plan.
All invoices from such services must be retained as they may need to be provided in the event of a claim.
• If the vehicle is used to tow, you must stay within the manufacturers recommended towing limits, failure to do so will void your protection plan.
• The damage occurred during theft/robbery and acts of nature.
• The use of the incorrect fuel type will void your protection plan.
• If a claim is repaired without Military Autos Italy being notified, the claim will not be reimbursed.
• If a part covered under the protection plan has a defect and is not reported to Military Autos Italy within 72hrs this will void your protection plan.
• Any modifications/technical changes to the car that are not approved by the manufacturer will void your protection plan. Examples of such changes include tuning, suspension and accessories that are not approved by the manufacturer.

Mon – Fri 10.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday 10.00am – 4.00pm
Once a claim has been submitted an appointment will be made for you at an authorized Military Autos Italy location, where the repair will take place.
Payment for Claims: Payment for each claim will be made to the warranty location directly from Military Autos Italy. Your warranty covers 100% of parts and labor, to ensure that you have complete protection from any unexpected costs.
Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only when under the ownership of the person(s) that completed the purchase and is only transferable if agreed with Military Autos Italy.
